Welcome to 2026, and with the turning of the calendar, party season is behind us! From the York County United Gala in November and throughout December, culminating in the NYE celebration, for many of us it has been one party after another. (I’m exhausted!)

Who is John Galt?
And why is this question relevant to the topic of politics and faith? I’ll come back to that
I was planning to do this topic a little later, but as it’s Holy Week, it seems appropriate to
go ahead and dive in now.
FROM THE CHAIR: INTRODUCTION

Well, if there’s one thing we have learned over the last 5 years of COVID hysteria, the
2020 ‘summer of love’, the ‘fortified’ election of 2020, vaccine mandates, rampant
inflation, open borders, skyrocketing crime and, now with DOGE, the obscene levels of
fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) in the public sector, is that when the citizenry is NOT
involved in public life, bad things happen!
